Short Bio
Skyward Effect is a 4-piece Rock band based out of Bayville, NY. The band includes Brandon Lubrano on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Matt Noto on drums, Mike Gherardi on lead guitar, and Kevin Rieger on bass guitar. The band was originally formed in 2014 after the group Signs & Symptoms disbanded.
Notable performances include the Light the Night charity event run by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at Bethpage Ballpark, being a part of the Summer Breakout event at The Hall at MP by Grow the Scene, and an annual appearance at the Mineola Street Fair at the end of every summer. They have also performed many times at other venues throughout Long Island and NYC, including Amityville Music Hall, Revolution Bar & Music Hall, East Islip Lanes, The Hall at MP, and Santos Party House.
After a brief hiatus, including the pandemic years, the band is back together and ready to rock New York and beyond!

Music
Due to a vibrant mix of tastes and influences, including Foo Fighters, Metallica, Van Halen, One Republic and more, Skyward Effect has developed a unique rock sound. Their music has elements of classic rock, metal, blues, and even indie pop.
