After the disbanding of the punk rock group Signs and Symptoms which lasted from 2012 until mid 2014, founding members Brandon Lubrano, Matthew Noto and Mike Gherardi decided it was time to head in a different direction. The three piece began to write new music and develop their talents while playing shows at venues all across Long Island and NYC. Based out of Bayville, Long Island, The Skyward Effect has created a new sound by blending classic rock style riffs with new alternative rock flair. The quartet found greater energy in Fall of 2015 with the addition of Kevin Rieger on Bass Guitar. Skyward Effect is now ready to get out there share their collective love for music and talent with the world.
